Divorce is primarily viewed as a war over finances and custody. What is generally missing in so many cases is the triggered emotions that a divorce brings out and the need to address them as they are raw, the are real, and in doing so you empower yourself well past any financial settlement or custody arrangement. While, there are many books out there, listed below are the books I have read, relied upon for my own mental health struggles, and which my
client’s have thanked me for suggesting. I believe that the divorce process itself should include a
strong focus on a client’s overall well-being and accepted as a chance to live a better, happier
and confident life.
